Polines graduates are in great demand, many work and occupy important positions in various domestic and foreign companies.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Polines main campus is located in the Tembalang area, Semarang city with an altitude of 223 meters above sea level with an area of approximately 11 hectares. Has an Integrated Lecture Building (8 floors), Laboratory, Workshop, Studio, Teaching Factory, MBKM, administrative services, and public facilities, such as: Mosques, Football fields, Basketball courts, Tennis courts, Badminton courts, Pujasera, Parking lots, Multipurpose rooms, Auditorium rooms, Cooperatives, Libraries, Language Centers, Student Activity Centers (PKM) ), Polyclinic, and Free Hotspot Areas.

SCHOLARSHIP

Every year 30% of the total number of Polines students receive scholarships from various funding sources, both from the central government, regional governments, and the industrial world. Such as: Djarum Foundation Scholarship, MAJ, GOJEK, Toyota Astra Foundation, Academic Achievement, Affirmation/ADIK Program, Panasonic, and others.

STUDY PROGRAM

Politeknik Negeri Semarang was founded in 1976 which was originally named Diponegoro University Polytechnic. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 313/O/1991 dated June 6, 1991 concerning the Arrangement of Polytechnics within State Universities and Institutes, in 1992 the Departments and Study Programs at the Polytechnic of Diponegoro University were arranged as follows:

Civil Engineering Department, with D-III Building Construction and D-III Civil Construction study programs;
Mechanical Engineering Department, with D-III Mechanical Engineering and D-III Energy Conversion Engineering study programs;
Department of Electrical Engineering, with D-III Electrical Engineering, D-III Electronic Engineering, and D-III Telecommunication Engineering study programs;
Accounting Department, with D-III Accounting and D-III Finance & Banking study programs; as well as
Department of Commerce Administration, with a D-III Secretariat and Office Administration study program.
