REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Opening of Online Registration Application
The committee opens an online registration application through the address http://pmb.polines.ac.id/spa.
For Bidik Misi Registrants.
Participants register for BIDIKMISI first at https://bidikmisi.belmawa.ristekdikti.go.id, then register for the SPA route.
SPA Path Online Registration
Registrants register online through the page http://pmb.polines.ac.id/spa.
for initial registration, enter your name, NISN, and email (which is still active and can be accessed by the registrant).
- Activation of Registration Account
Registrants open registered emails, and check email notifications from POLINES containing Activation, Username, and Password.
The registrant activates the account first by pressing the "Activate" button in the email notification.
- *If the email notification from POLINES is not in your inbox, check the trash, bulk, or spam box again.
- Filling in the Registrant's Personal Data
The registrant logs into the spmb system using the User and Password that has been sent to the email, then fills in the personal data completely and correctly.
- Field Selection
The registrant selects the field to be followed (Engineering or Commerce) in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
- Finalization of Registrant Data
The registrant ensures that the personal data entered is correct, and finalizes the registration data to obtain a PIN and can print proof of registration. Print Proof of Registration
The registrant prints the registration receipt as proof that the data has been finalized and is used to pay the registration fee at the designated bank.
Payment of Registration Fee
Registrants pay a registration fee of Rp. 150.000,00 (one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) at the teller of Bank BNI 46 by showing the PIN that is on the proof of online registration.
Registration Data Verification
The committee verifies the finalized online registration data and payment data at the Bank.
Announcement of Unqualified Registrants
The committee announces applicants who do not meet the requirements.
Print Test Participant Card
Registrants who are declared to have passed the Administration will print their participant cards online according to a predetermined schedule by logging in again with the registrant's PMB account.
Academic Test (Written)
Applicants take the SPA pathway academic test at the time and place specified by bringing:
- Test participant card
- Identity Card
- Writing utensils (pen, 2B pencil, and test pad)
Announcement of Academic Test Score
The committee announces the academic test scores through the https://pmb.polines.ac.id page.
Study Program Selection
The registrant selects the study program (Prodi) online in accordance with the requirements of the passing grade and the study program/skills study program/skill competency/skill package at the home school via the https://pmb.polines.ac.id page.
The study program requirements that can be selected are study programs that have a passing grade value lower/equal to the applicant's academic test score.
Applicants can choose three choices of appropriate and eligible study programs.
Log in with the registrant's PMB account to be able to select study programs.
Selection and Ranking
The committee selects and ranks the results of the selection of registrant study programs.
Announcement of Ranking Results
The committee announced the ranking results through the https://pmb.polines.ac.id page.
