GENERAL REQUIREMENT

• Applicants are final year students or graduates of SMA/SMK/MA/MAK.
• Maximum age of 24 years on 31 August 2023
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Well behaved and virtuous
• Have a National Student Identification Number (NISN)
• Able to comply with the academic regulations of the Semarang State Polytechnic

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Single Tuition Group (UKT) on the SPBT Independent Selection pathway, at least the UKT 5 group.
• Pay the Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) if you are declared accepted as a student on the SPBT Independent Selection pathway, which is paid at the time of re-registration (registration) in cash all at once.
• UKT and SPI are selected/determined at the time of online registration, provided that:
  • SPI
    • Option 1: Rp. 10,000,000
    • Option 2: Rp. 15,000,000
    • Option 3: Rp. 20,000,000
    • Option 4 : more than Rp. 20,000,000
  • UKT group
    • Choice of UKT 5 Group: Rp. 3,800,000 to Rp. 4,700,000
    • UKT 6 Group Options: Rp. 4,700,000 to Rp. 5,600,000
    • Choice of UKT 7 Group: Rp. 5,600,000 to Rp. 6,600,000
    • UKT 8 Group Options: Rp. 6,500,000 to Rp. 7,500,000
      *) The nominal amount in each UKT group in each study program is different.
      example:
      the UKT 5 group in the D3 – Building Construction study program in the amount of Rp. 4,600,000
      UKT 5 group in the D3 study program – Marketing Management of Rp. 3,800,000

REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

• The latest (official) color passport file.
  *.jpg file format with a maximum size of 100 KB (Size 4×6 cm – Resolution 150 dpi)
• Scan file of Principal's Certificate (SKKS) for class XII or Scan file of diplomas or photocopies of diplomas legalized by school principals for those who have graduated.

REGISTRATION FEE

• The registration fee for the Mandiri SPBT selection route is Rp. 200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah).
  *) The registration fee that has been deposited is non-refundable.

PROVISION

• Applicants can choose 3 (three) study program options. Choices 1 and 2 at the Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines), choice 3 can choose a study program at another Polytechnic.
• Registrants have the right to choose study programs independently INDEPENDENT RESPONSIBLE.
  Applicants are free to choose available study programs according to their areas of interest and are responsible for the consequences of those choices.
  For the smooth running of the learning process, it is advisable to choose a study program that is aligned with previous education.
