The Accounting Computerization Study Program (CASP) – International Class

The Accounting Computerization Study Program (CASP) was established with an implementation decree 2854/D/T/K-N/2009 from the Ministry of Education and Culture. CASP has the vision to become a recognized vocational study program that is competitive, accountable, and characterized by ethics and character in applying science and technology in computerization accounting, as evidenced by excellent accreditation in 2015 and 2021, while at 2022 CASP get internationally accredited by HEEACT.
The CASP curriculum contains graduate competency standards consisting of the main job profiles competencies: accounting officer, financial data analyst, accounting system developer, information system auditor, and information system manager. CASP graduate competencies align with the business world's and job seekers’ needs and follow national higher education standards.
The development of activities focused on achieving the strategic objectives of the CASP: dynamically increasing the quality of graduates, increasing the number and utilization of applied research on computerized accounting, increasing the number and utilization of community service, improving the quality of education, research, service, and administration services and expand expert services of lecturers internally and externally.
The CASP is designed based on relevance to learning objectives with a structure of 69 credits of theoretical course and 75 credits of practicum courses based on project-based learning (PBL). The learning material is arranged based on the scope and depth of the international content material, which encourages the formation of hard and soft skills that are very adaptive to the dynamics of information technology-based business development.
CASP is supported by qualified lecturers, academic and administrative staff, and online and offline learning resources supporting the achievement of the vision and profile of eligible graduates. CASP is supported by global digital library access.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants are final year students or graduates of secondary school (SMA/SMK/MA/MAK)
  • Applicants are participants in the UTBK - SNBT 2024
  • Have a UTBK certificate in 2024
  • Maximum age of 24 years on August 31, 2024
  • Physically and mentally healthy
  • Well-behaved and virtuous
  • Holds a National Student Identification Number (NISN)
  • Able to comply with the academic regulations of Politeknik Negeri Semarang
  • Able to communicate in English (an ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage), proven by English Language Proficiency Certificate, such as TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS with a score of more than 400 (not more than 2 years validity period) or OTHER CERTIFICATES if applicable (language certificate is mandatory) or Minimum Score of English subject in School Report is 80
  • Fill out the registration form along with the required attached documents.

Tuition Fee Terms

  • Pay the institutional development contributions (SPI) and Educational Development Contribution (SPP) if declared accepted as a student on the Independent Selection pathway for Polines International Program, which will be paid at the time of re-registration in cash at once.
  • SPP per semester, IDR 7,500,000.
  • SPI is selected/determined when registering online with the following conditions:
    • Option 1 : IDR 10.000.000
    • Option 2 : IDR 15.000.000
    • Option 3 : IDR 20.000.000
    • Option 4 : more than IDR 20.000.000


  • The capacity for new students, specifically for the International class of the S.Tr - Computerized Accounting study program, is 30 students (one class).

  • Scan files of diplomas or photocopies of diplomas legalised by the school principal for those who have graduated.

Registration Fee

  • The total registration fee payment that must be paid for the SM-IUP is IDR 352,500.00 (three hundred fifty two thousand five hundred rupiah), including the BNI Bank VA administration fee of IDR 2,500.00 (two thousand five hundred rupiah).
  • Payments can only be made via a BNI Virtual Account according to the code given to each registrant listed on the proof of registration.

How to Register

  • Participants create a registration account using email, national student identification number (NISN) and name
  • Participants receive account notifications via registered email
  • Participants log in and fill in personal data, fill in SPI, upload documents, and finalise registration data
  • Participants print proof of registration, which includes the registration fee payment code
  • Participants pay the registration fee via the BNI Virtual Account.

  • Selection uses UTBK - SNBT score in 2024 and interview results.
